I have went to this place a few times. There buffet is awesome. Most of the time when it is a buffet the food isn't that great. This place on the other hand has so amazing food. I would recommend this place to anyone

My family and I simply love Las Fuentes Steak and Grill. The food is always excellent and affordable for a family of four. If you are lucky enough to get Migel as your server...That's just icing on the cake. He is one of the best servers around!!

Been here several times, and for good reason. This place not only has great food, but excellent service and a wide variety of items in the menu. Haven't had a bad experience yet, and if they keep it up, I will probably never have one. A+

Cocktail shrimp was amazing. Shrimp salad was delicious❤

First order came out wrong 35 minutes after ordering.Ribeyes were 1/2" thick, and we ordered sirloins.Sirloins come out 25 minutes after that (med rare took 25 minutes) alongside burnt vegetables. Manager offers free dessert as consolation, but won't take either steak off the ticket.We close our experience with the waiter telling us the new cooks are bad. Would have loved that information at the beginning...

Very joyful and friendly staff. Kudos to the Manager Francisco and our waiter Camron, for making me and my 2 co-workers feel comfortable and enjoyable to eat here. We are bus drivers and came down to College Station from Waco to help with Shuttle runs to the Music/Chili Festival. It had been a very long day and we needed to stop and get something to eat on our way back to Waco. Thank you for your hospitality!👍👌😊

I was sitting in a booth and the hosts seated a couple directly behind me. I asked to be move due being close to the other couple. After being moved another host came to the table and ask did I want more water with his mask not covering his face. Shortly afterwards this, the seated another couple in the booth behind me again. This time I just ask for my check. They have no regards for their clients safety during this time.

Nasty, if you look close enough there is a 1/4 inch of grease in the empty space. It is ridiculously priced 12..00 for the buffet that consists of a few items. Just poor quality. Navasota has few restaurants therefore owner is taking advantage of the situation. But look out competition is on its way.

Very disappointed. It took so long to get our order that we were leaving, just paying for queso. Not the waiter fault but kitchen. As I was paying, waiter said it was ready. Felt sorry for him so took order to go and paid for it. Got orders home, then really got upset. Quisidillas were put on wet lettuce and soggy. They forget to put lettuce in taco salad. Really???? Grill cheese for grandson, just a cheese sandwich, not grilled. So disappointed!!!

This was our first time here. We were at the Navasota Location. The Service was Friendly and Polite. Our Server, Diana, was Amazing!!! She had a Wonderful, Caring Attitude the whole time she was taking care of us! The Food Was Awesome!!! We'll Definitely Return!!! We Highly Recommend Las Fuentes!!!

The lunchtime buffet is the attraction here... If you're looking for Mexican food after 3:00 p.m., I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Enchiladas have less than an ounce of meat in them, and the portions of rice and beans are pathetic. Also, I'm not a fan of hot salsa with my chips...😣

The tamales were stuffed with meat, they don't skimp on the meat. Liked their salsas, one with some heat, the other smokey tomatillo. Their skinny margarita was potent, bring a DD if you have more than one 😁

Your employee that worked today at ~6:30/7PM, I believe by the name of Mario, doesnt want to work today. Called to place a to-go order he said they were busy and try back in 30 minutes. Showed up in person in which many tables were empty and little cars in the parking lot.I have had better refried beans out of a can. Enchiladas come with a chili sauce, barely any cheese on top. Half of the cheese chip didn't have any cheese on top of it and it was pretty close to velveeta cheese. The food was pretty much cold and we live down the road. Taco shell was soggy. Salsa was spicy, wattery, and temp warm - warmer than our food. The chips are also slightly on the stale side. Guacamole was salty and tomato pieces were of the end pieces of it.2 stars because the rice was okay, the enchiladas weren't bad except for the lack of cheese. The beef filling was okay in both the taco and the enchiladas. The guacamole was smooth.

Best Mexican food in town

Food is always great. Weight staff in the past was always very accessible but now after they bring ur drink u may get another refill unless the manager Fransisco comes by and checks on u.

I had the fried fish on the buffet. Hot and fresh fish and the baked fish is good also. Friendly and attentive wait staff.

Quick service. Good food. Reasonable price. Two craft beers in n draught including St. Arnolds brewed nearby in Houston.Catfish was nice and falvorful. Hot sauce /salsa was watery. The hotter hot sauce was better and more flavorful

My wife and I decided to try this place instead of our regular restaurant. Glad we did. Great service and food. This is our new place.

Went here when they first opened and swore we'd never go back. Decided to give it another chance and were very pleased. Food was delicious. Margaritas were very good and less expensive than all the other places in town.

We met our son and his fiancé to celebrate his birthday.. It’s halfway for both of us, between College Station and Montgomery. I have Celiac and Francisco was very knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination. He even made a separate basket of chips for me. Everyone was very nice, professional and we had a wonderful evening!

Arrived late in the evening close to closing on a Friday, place was slammed. After being seated we still got immediate great service. Management came to table and greeted us and made us feel like our patronage was of utmost importance to him and his staff. Upon receiving food we were not rushed being it was after closing and were accommodated with yet more great service. Great steak fajitas!

Neat concept for a restaurant in that it was formerly a steakhouse and now also serves Mexican food. We came in late in the afternoon on a Saturday and ordered items of both varieties. Each plate was made to order and delicious. I had a chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fresh, fried okra that was among the best I've ever eaten. The service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely stop by here in the future.

Have not visited Las Fuentes since they opened awhile back. My husband works out of town and when he was home 2 weeks ago we ate at our usual place. And we were let down once again. So the next week we ate at Las Fuentes and was pleasantly surprised so we went back last Sunday. Enjoyed the food very much and our waitress was excellent. We will continue to dine with them. Excellent menu with a wide variety of choices everyone will enjoy. And they have a buffet on certain days and a salad bar everyday. Full service bar also. Thank you Las Fuentes.

Read the reviews and requested Camron. He was busy but stopped to talk to us for a bit. Amazing people skills, super kind. Good luck in in College Station! Go to Fuentes and request Camron!!!

Have not gotten a dish that I didn't like...That 8oz center cut steak is my favorite..Love this place and the service.

The food was great and the service was even bette. Juan and Saul were so amazing.

The food was good. The selection is quite limited though. Staff is friendly. Has a buffet but it's not well maintained. There were several empty items on the buffet so options were limited. A little pricey for what you get. Not a bad place though. I would try it again. Maybe they'll get 4 stars next time if they take better care of the buffet.
